Everything Student ("we") runs the directory at studenteverything.co.uk. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and why. Last updated June 2026.
What we collect
- Enquiries and claims. When you claim a listing or contact us, we store the name, email and message you send, so we can reply and verify ownership.
- Booking handovers. When you go to get a price for student storage or moving, you are taken to the UniMove booking tool, which collects the details needed to price your move under its own terms.
- Basic analytics. Aggregate, privacy-respecting usage data to see which pages help people. No selling of personal data, ever.
Listing data
Business details come from OpenStreetMap, business owners and public sources. If you run a listed business and want a detail changed or removed, tell us.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected].
Third parties
We use Stripe for any payments, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for hosting. UniMove handles its own booking and payment data. Each handles data under its own terms.
